You decide how customers reach you
Naibrly isn't one funnel. It's four, and you choose which ones you use.
You run your business as usual. Naibrly connects you with nearby customers, helps coordinate the work, and securely processes payments, while you keep your own scheduling, your own policies, and your own way of doing things. The goal is simple: help you fill your day and tighten your routes, without taking control of your business.
Here are the four ways customers book you, and how to put each one to work.
1. NOW: get found when you're ready to work
Some days you have an open slot and want to fill it fast. That's what NOW is for.
When you toggle NOW on, your profile appears in search results for customers looking for your service in your area. They can see you're currently available, which gives them the confidence to reach out. A response timer lets them know they can expect timely communication.
If the job fits your schedule, you accept it and start coordinating right away.
Best for: filling open slots on short notice when you're ready to take same-day work.
2. Nearby: add work without adding drive time
The jobs closest to where you already are cost you the least time and fuel. Nearby helps you find them.
When you toggle Nearby on, your profile appears for customers whose service location falls within the radius you set. Customers in that radius may be notified that you're available close by.
Because the work comes to you while you're already in the area, you add jobs without adding significant travel time.
Best for: picking up extra work that fits the route you're already driving.
3. Bundles: win a whole neighborhood at once
This is where the math really works in your favor. Instead of filling your schedule one booking at a time, you can secure several nearby jobs in a single trip.
With Bundles, neighbors group up on the same service for the same day, and you take the awarded bundle. All the jobs sit close together, which cuts your drive time and keeps your day compact.
You stay in control of pricing. You set a base discount that applies once a bundle reaches two or more customers, and you can build tiered discounts from there. Because bundles lower your per-job overhead, a competitive bid can still mean higher total revenue for the day.
If you want to dig into the numbers, we wrote a whole piece on it: how route density helps you earn more per day.
Best for: concentrated volume in one area and a more predictable, efficient workday.
4. Booked: customers hire you directly
This is the most familiar one. A customer chooses you, sends a job request with the basics, and you confirm the rest.
Booked works the same way you'd handle an inbound call or a web inquiry, just routed through Naibrly. The customer finds you, sends relevant job details, and you can start a chat to learn more. You estimate, book, and complete the job on your terms, with the chat, invoice, payment, and reviews sitting alongside the rest of your work. Stripe payouts land on your normal cadence.
Best for: the customers who already want you, handled cleanly in one place.
Run one, or run them all
You're not locked into anything. Run only Booked if that's how you want to use Naibrly. Add NOW, Nearby, or Bundles when you want extra fill on slow days or open routes.
| Your goal | Turn on |
|---|---|
| Take same-day work when you're free | NOW |
| Add jobs near your current route | Nearby |
| Book a full neighborhood in one trip | Bundles |
| Let customers hire you directly | Booked |
You can keep using your existing CRM or scheduling system. You keep your own refund, guarantee, and warranty policies. Naibrly just helps fill the gaps and tighten the routes.
