Question 1

How does NOW work for customers?

Accepted Answer

NOW shows providers in your service area who are currently available.

When a provider has toggled NOW on, it means they’re ready to take on work. You’ll see that they’re actively available and can expect a timely response if you reach out.

It’s a straightforward way to find service without waiting for multiple callbacks.

Question 2

How does NEARBY work for customers?

Accepted Answer

NEARBY highlights providers who are already working close to your location.

If a provider is within a small radius and has time between jobs, you may see them appear in your results or receive a notification that they’re available nearby.

Because the provider is already in the area, scheduling can often be more efficient.

Question 3

What are Bundles?

Accepted Answer

Bundles allow multiple homes in the same area to express interest in the same service on the same day.

Naibrly handles the coordination with providers so neighbors don’t have to manage scheduling or negotiate as a group.

When providers can complete multiple jobs in one neighborhood, their day becomes more predictable and efficient.

Question 4

What is Booked?

Accepted Answer

Booked is for when you already know which provider you want to hire.

You fill out a job request, the provider reaches out to ask any follow-up questions, and you confirm together. Your chat, invoice, and payment all live on Naibrly.

Booked is one of the four ways to book on Naibrly:

• NOW: providers available right now in your area
• NEARBY: providers already working close to you
• BUNDLES: group up with neighbors for the same service
• BOOKED: send a request directly to a specific provider

Use Booked when you have a specific provider in mind, or when you want to talk through a job before locking it in. If your first choice can’t make it work, Naibrly suggests other providers who can.

Question 5

How do I manage the services I’m interested in?

Accepted Answer

Inside your account, you can select the services that apply to your home.

For each service, you can indicate whether you’re interested in:

• NOW
• NEARBY
• BUNDLES

This helps tailor notifications and service suggestions to your preferences.

Question 6

How are payments handled?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed securely through Stripe once a job is completed.

Question 7

Are discounts guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No specific savings are guaranteed. When providers reduce travel and group jobs together, many choose to reflect that efficiency in their pricing.

Question 8

How does Naibrly help me find high-quality providers at competitive pricing?

Accepted Answer

Naibrly reviews each provider before they join the platform, including identity verification.

When multiple providers opt in to a Bundle, Naibrly considers several factors such as:

• The discount offered
• Provider ratings and reviews
• Service reliability and quality history

Bundles are awarded based on this combination of factors, not price alone.

Our goal is to balance quality, reliability, and value — so customers can feel confident in who they book.

Question 9

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

You can delete your account and your data anytime from Settings → Account. Some records, like past invoices, may be kept where the law requires it.

Question 10

What are Naibrly Nests?

Accepted Answer

Nests are shared coordination spaces for people who already trust each other.

They allow neighbors, families, coworkers, and social circles to organize service bundles together. Nests are designed for action — not social posting.

When you join a Nest, you can:

• See Nest-only bundles
• Join services organized by your group
• Receive notifications when an admin amplifies a bundle

Question 11

Who controls a Nest?

Accepted Answer

Each Nest can have up to two administrators.

Administrators are responsible for:

• Approving new members
• Removing members if necessary
• Amplifying Nest-only bundles
• Managing the Nest name and invite link

Nests can continue operating with one administrator, but two are recommended for reliability.

Question 12

What are the responsibilities of a Nest Admin?

Accepted Answer

Nest Admins help keep the Nest organized and high-quality.

Admins can:

• Approve or deny join requests
• Remove members
• Amplify bundles to notify members
• Rotate the invite link
• Promote another member to admin (Primary Admin only)

Admins should ensure:

• Members belong to the intended group
• Bundles are relevant to the Nest
• Notifications are used responsibly

Question 13

How do I invite people to a Nest I created?

Accepted Answer

If you are an Admin:

1. Open your Nest
2. Select Invite
3. Copy the invite link or code
4. Share it via text, email, or your group chat

Anyone with the invite link can request to join. An Admin must approve their request before they become a member.

Question 14

How do I join a Nest?

Accepted Answer

You can join a Nest in two ways:

• Search by Nest name in the Nests section
• Use an invite link shared by a member

After submitting a join request, a Nest Admin will review and approve it.

You may belong to a limited number of Nests at a time.

Question 15

What is the difference between making my Bundle public or Nest-only?

Accepted Answer

When creating a bundle, you can choose visibility:

Public Bundle
• Visible to anyone searching for services
• Anyone eligible can join

Nest-only Bundle
• Visible only to members of your Nest
• Can be amplified by an Admin to notify members
• Not visible to the public

Nest-only bundles are ideal when you want to coordinate within a specific group.

Question 16

Can I leave a Nest?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can leave a Nest at any time from the Nest settings page.

If you are an Admin and leave, another Admin (or the longest-standing member) will automatically be promoted to ensure the Nest continues operating.

Question 17

What happens if I’m removed from a Nest?

Accepted Answer

If an Admin removes you from a Nest, you will no longer see Nest bundles or receive notifications.

You may request to rejoin unless the Admin chooses not to approve your request.

Question 18

How do customers find me through NOW?

Accepted Answer

When you toggle NOW on, your profile appears in search results for customers looking for your service within your service area.

Customers can see that you’re currently available, which gives them confidence that you’re ready to respond quickly.

A response timer is displayed so customers know they can expect timely communication. If the job fits your schedule, you can accept it and begin coordinating service right away.

Question 19

How do customers find me through NEARBY?

Accepted Answer

When you toggle NEARBY on, your profile appears in search results for customers whose service location falls within your selected radius.

If customers within that radius are browsing or interested in your service, they may receive a notification that you’re available nearby.

NEARBY helps you add work without adding significant travel time.

Question 20

What is Booked, and how does it fit with NOW, NEARBY, and BUNDLES?

Accepted Answer

Booked is the most familiar way for customers to hire you on Naibrly. A customer chooses you, sends a job request with the basics, and you reach out to confirm the rest. It works the same way you’d handle an inbound call or web inquiry, just routed through Naibrly so the chat, the invoice, and the payment run alongside your other jobs.

NOW, NEARBY, and BUNDLES are how Naibrly helps you fill the rest of your day:

• NOW: customers see you when you toggle on availability
• NEARBY: customers in the radius you set can book you while you’re already in the area
• BUNDLES: neighbors group up on the same service, and you take the awarded bundle

Run only Booked if that’s how you want to use Naibrly, or add any of the others when you want extra fill.

Question 21

How do I add employee accounts to my business?

Accepted Answer

In the Team section of your dashboard, you can generate a unique invite link or code for each employee.

Your team member uses that link or code to create or sign in to their account and associate it with your business.

Question 22

Can I manage my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

Business Owners and Admins can remove team members at any time from the Team section of the dashboard.

Question 23

What is the difference between a Business Owner / Admin account and an Employee account?

Accepted Answer

Business Owner / Admin accounts manage:

• Business information
• Services offered
• Service area
• Bundle discount percentages
• Employee management

They may also accept certain jobs and assign them to employees.

Employee accounts can:

• Toggle NOW
• Toggle NEARBY
• Opt in to bundles
• Accept jobs

Employee accounts cannot:

• Adjust bundle discount percentages
• Modify core business settings

Question 24

How do we manage bundles with more than two customers?

Accepted Answer

Naibrly collects both basic and service-specific information from each customer in a bundle.

This ensures you have necessary details before work begins.

Naibrly also provides simplified scheduling and routing tools to help organize awarded bundle jobs efficiently.

Question 25

How do I control discounts for Naibrly Bundles?

Accepted Answer

You set a base percentage discount that applies once a bundle reaches two or more customers.

You may also create tiered discounts.

You choose percentages that align with your margins and scheduling goals.

Question 26

How do we invoice customers?

Accepted Answer

After marking a job complete, you may generate a PDF or image invoice from your existing system and attach it to the job inside Naibrly.

Customers can review the invoice, pay securely through Stripe, and leave a tip within the platform.

Question 27

How are disputes, refunds, and repairs handled?

Accepted Answer

You continue to use your existing policies and systems for disputes, refunds, and service follow-ups.

Naibrly facilitates coordination and payment but does not override your business practices.

Question 28

What are my obligations to Naibrly?

Accepted Answer

You run your business as usual.

Naibrly connects you with nearby customers, helps coordinate jobs, and securely processes payments between you and Naibrly customers.

You can continue using your existing CRM or scheduling system, and you maintain your own refund, return, guarantee, and warranty policies.

We help you fill your day and tighten your routes. You stay in control of your business.

Question 29

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

You can delete your account and your data anytime from Settings → Account. Some records, like past invoices, may be kept where the law requires it.
