Naibrly (“Naibrly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform that connects customers with independent service providers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including:
- Customers seeking services
- Service providers and their employees or personnel
Naibrly’s services are offered only in the United States and are intended for users located in the United States. We do not direct the Platform to, or knowingly collect or process the personal data of, individuals located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom.
2. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Account credentials
- Profile and business information
- Service requests, job details, and addresses
- Home and access details you choose to save (such as gate codes, parking and entry instructions, and household information) to help providers complete a job
- Communications and messages sent through the Platform
- Files and content you upload (such as photos, invoices, or documents)
b. Provider Information
If you register as a service provider, we may collect:
- Government-issued identification documents
- Proof of insurance and related documentation
- Business, licensing, and qualification information
c. Location Information
How location is used for service matching:
- For customers, we do not use your phone’s live GPS location for service matching. Your service address is not shared with a provider until you confirm a job request.
- For providers using NOW, matching is based on your configured service area ZIP codes. For providers using Nearby, matching uses your device’s GPS location while your Nearby session is active. Your precise location is not shared with customers.
Location information is used solely for service matching and is not collected continuously or sold to third parties.
d. Transaction Information
We collect information related to transactions, including:
- Service details
- Booking and scheduling information
- Invoices and transaction records
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
e. Analytics and Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the Platform, including:
- Device and browser information
- IP address
- Pages viewed and interactions
We use PostHog, a third-party analytics tool, to understand usage and improve our services.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Platform
- Facilitate connections between customers and service providers
- Enable communication between users
- Process transactions and maintain records
- Verify provider identity and eligibility
- Promote trust and safety on the Platform
- Send transactional communications (e.g., account verification, booking updates, security alerts)
- Send marketing communications where permitted by law (you may opt out at any time)
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and safety concerns
- Comply with legal obligations
4. How Information Is Shared
a. Between Users
When a customer confirms a booking, we share relevant information with the selected service provider, including:
- Name
- Service address
- Contact details
This sharing is necessary to enable the requested service.
b. Service Providers
Service providers may share business information, availability, and service-related details with customers through the Platform.
c. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share information with third parties that support our operations, including:
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
- Analytics providers (e.g., PostHog)
- SMS and messaging providers (e.g., Twilio), used to send verification codes and account notifications
- Mapping and geocoding providers, used to translate addresses into locations for service matching
- Cloud storage and infrastructure providers
- Communication and email delivery providers
These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
d. Legal and Safety
We may disclose information:
- To comply with applicable laws or legal processes
- To enforce our Terms of Service
- To protect the safety, rights, or property of users, the public, or Naibrly
- To investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues
5. Communications
We may send you:
- Transactional communications (required), such as account verification, booking confirmations, service updates, and security notifications
- Marketing communications (optional), which you can opt out of at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or adjusting your account settings
Some communications, including account verification codes and essential account or booking notifications, may be sent by SMS text message through our messaging provider. Standard message and data rates may apply.
SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including:
- Account information: retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account deletion
- Transaction records and invoices: retained for legal, tax, and financial reporting purposes
- Communications: retained to support dispute resolution, safety, and fraud prevention
- Provider verification documents: retained while the provider account is active and for a limited period thereafter for compliance and safety purposes
- Logs and security data: retained for a limited period to support security and integrity of the Platform
We may retain certain information for longer periods where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
7. Account Deletion
You may request to delete your account. However:
- You must complete or cancel any active jobs or requests before deletion
- After deletion, certain information may be retained where necessary for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Safety and dispute resolution

- Right to Opt Out of Sale — Naibrly does not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar technologies to:

You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
Types of cookies we use:
- Essential cookies — Required for the Platform to function (authentication, session management, security)
- Analytics cookies — Help us understand how the Platform is used (PostHog). These use a pseudonymous identifier and are never used for advertising; we do not attach your name or email to analytics data.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not allow third-party advertising networks to place cookies on the Platform.
10. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Independent Service Providers
Service providers on the Platform are independent businesses and may employ their own personnel. They are not employees or agents of Naibrly.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
14. Diagnostics & Error Monitoring
We use Sentry (operated by Functional Software, Inc., d/b/a Sentry) to detect and diagnose errors in our backend service, our website, and our mobile apps. This helps us identify and fix problems quickly so the Platform stays reliable and safe for everyone.
What is collected: technical metadata only — error messages and stack traces, the URL or screen where the error occurred, your device or browser type, app version, and a randomly generated request identifier. We do not send your email address, phone number, name, payment card details, password, or one-time codes to Sentry. Sensitive request data is automatically redacted before transmission.
Retention: error data is retained for up to 90 days in our staging environment and 180 days in production, after which it is automatically deleted by Sentry.
Purpose: error data is used solely to diagnose and fix bugs, monitor service reliability, and prevent crashes — never for marketing, profiling, or advertising. You can request deletion of any diagnostic records associated with your account by contacting us at the address below.
